REGISTRATION FORM - FLYER - FLYER EN ESPAÑOL CRESCENT CITY 2ND ANNUAL CITYWIDE YARD SALE
THIS YEAR WE HAVE ADDED A FARMERS MARKET!Remember the last time you walked into your basement/attic/any room and thought "I really should get rid of all this stuff". Well, your Parks & Recreation Board is going to offer their help, and sponsor the Annual Crescent City Community Yard Sale. From 8:00 A.M. through 4:00 P.M., on Saturday November 5, 2011, we, as a neighborhood, will get together and sell all that wonderful stuff, junk, clothing, collectibles, - what ever. For the low, low price of $10 per 12 x 12 space, the Parks & Recreation Board takes care of the advertising (in Newspapers, Pennysaver, City Web Site, and in store windows). We make maps of yard sale locations, lists of the items for sale, and distribute these maps and lists starting the Wednesday prior to and on the day of the sale. We hope to have about 100+ families participating (selling) and give out hundreds of maps to people from all over the city and county. We will share the streets with friends, neighbors, and merchants for the “Citywide Yard Sale” with Eva Lyons Park as the prime spot, without the need to run ads, clutter the driveway or hang signs. To sign up for a space please fill out the attached Registration Form and return it to: Participants need to sign up in advance and have a space assigned for a $10.00 donation. Spaces are 12 x 12 . Businesses are encouraged to participate as well. All Yard Sale Sellers located out side Eva Lyons Park must be located on their property, register and pay the $10 fees as well during this weekend. We expect to have a great variety of sellers, from antiques to everyday yard sale items. And of course, Merchants, we are looking forward to your pulling out old stock and merchandise to sell as well. If you would like to volunteer to help out putting up notices or in the distribution of maps and lists on the day of the sale, please call Teres Biggs 386/698-2525 ext 229. Your help would really be appreciated. Volunteers can have a great time and it generally takes about an hour.
